  1. Custom Products: As our products are customized based on the images provided by customers, we cannot accept returns or refunds unless there is a quality issue (e.g., unclear printing, damage, or other craftsmanship problems).
  2. Product Issues: If the product you receive is defective or differs from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We may ask you to provide photos or other evidence to help us verify the issue.
  3. Refund Process: Once we confirm the issue with the product, you will have the following options:
    • Replacement: We will remake and resend the product to you.
    • Refund: We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-17 business days.
  4. Non-returnable Items:
    • Minor differences between the custom product and your expectations (e.g., slight color variations).
    • Printing issues due to low-quality images provided by the customer.
    • Problems caused by incorrect input from the customer (e.g., wrong size or text).

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation: Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

Notes on Refund Policy:

  1. Image Quality Warning :
    • It needs to be made clear that the quality of the images uploaded by the customer has a direct impact on the final product. If the image quality is low, it may result in poor printing results, and no refund will be given in this case.
  2. Processing times and production limitations :
    • State processing and production times so customers know what they can expect. For example, how long does a custom product typically take to make and ship?
  3. Return restrictions for custom products :
    • Point out that custom products are generally not subject to returns and refunds unless there are product quality issues or production errors.
  4. Return shipping cost :
    • If the return is caused by the customer, the customer may be required to pay for the return shipping. Make sure to list who is responsible for these costs in your refund policy.

About tax issues

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
